Community Medicine Inc.’s contributions to community health in Paramount started over 20 years ago as Sacred Heart Family Medical Clinic, a primary care medical clinic located near the intersection of Alondra and Downey Blvd. The clinic’s name transitioned to Family Medicine, and now Community Medicine Inc., a non-profit entity which has received Federally Qualified Health Center – Look-Alike (FQHC-LAL) status in March 2018.

What patients say...
Our patients experience with our medical centre, here are some of them.
I would like to let you know how pleased I am with the outcome of my procedure. The result was excellent and makes the future much better for me. My treatment was second to none and all the staff at Kalium Medical were efficient, polite and caring. I’m very happy that finally my area has a better hospital.”
Melissa Brunner
“The care that I received at the clinic was fantastic. I was made to feel at ease, and comfortable at all times. All explanations were clear, and the support from the staff from when I first arrived until I left, was much more than I had expected, resulting in a far better experience than I had anticipated. I am so impressed by the whole procedure and all the staff, and wanted to say a huge thanks to all involved.”
Daniel Zimmermann
“It really is too good to be true. I couldn’t believe it when the doctors said that I would be in and out in just one session. I would recommend the Gamma Knife procedure to anyone as it really is just brilliant. I couldn’t feel a thing – not even when the metal frame was on. I’ve been looked after so well by everybody here and feel incredibly lucky.”
Moisés Salinas
“I am writing to express my gratitude from my family for the care given to my mother. In your medical center, there was care, compassion, and respect. A special thank you to your social workers as well; they provided professional guidance, comfort, and strength to make our own decisions. All our hope that you continue along this path.”
