Habib is Leading the organization with a passion to succeed in its transition to a non-profit FQHC Lookalike community health center to serve the underserved vulnerable population. Involved in assessing community needs, strategic planning, development and the implementation of its programs. Formalized policy and procedures for finance, human resources, credentialing, quality performance and marketing. Improved on public relations capability: creating relationship with insurance companies, health plans, and other healthcare organization. Successful in creating alliances with different organization in the community to improve the health and socio-economic condition in the community.
