Alcance de los Servicios

Community Medicine Inc. proporciona todos los servicios de salud primarios, preventivos y habilitantes requeridos y servicios de salud adicionales según sea apropiado y necesario, ya sea directamente o mediante arreglos escritos y referencias establecidas.

 

Los servicios primarios y preventivos incluyen:

  • Servicios básicos de salud que, para efectos de esta política, consistirán en:
  • Servicios de salud relacionados con la medicina familiar, medicina interna, pediatría, obstetricia o ginecología proporcionados por médicos y, cuando corresponda, asistentes médicos, enfermeras practicantes y enfermeras parteras;
  • Servicios de laboratorio de diagnóstico y radiológicos mediante contrato;
  • Servicios de salud preventiva, incluidos
  • Servicios médicos de emergencia mediante convenio de traslado hospitalario; y
  • Servicios farmacéuticos a través de un acuerdo de farmacia contratado
